We provide a cradle-to-grave service assisting with project risk mitigation from the outset. We optimise the pre-planning period and build in efficiencies in relation to time and expenditure. Our clients also appreciate our upfront involvement in schemes because it allows them to assess the viability of a project as quickly as possible.

Our expertise allows us to advise our clients on the impacts that planning, design, construction and procurement decisions will have on the project's timescales and eventual success. Our skilled team also negotiates and makes recommendations on the implications and timing of the numerous legal agreements/appointments and assists in the compilation and finalisation of development agreements, heads of terms and non disclosure agreements.

We bring the necessary experience to successfully co-ordinate a myriad of stakeholders including funding bodies, leasing teams, site acquisition teams, PR representatives, legal advisors, asset and fund managers, statutory and Local Authority bodies, and operations and facilities management and to manage the various legislative requirements. Our Development Managers work with the client representatives to deliver robust development appraisals to help provide cost and programme certainty. We maximise value through proactive value management exercises and we assist in obtaining funding and in eliminating areas of risk.
