Peter is a chartered quantity surveyor who has extensive UK and international experience in all aspects of construction.
Peter joined Henry Riley in 2001 following 10 years of working on major leisure and infrastructure schemes in the Middle East. He has particular experience in education, leisure, residential and large scale mixed use schemes projects in the London area.
The leader of a small focused team of surveyors, Peter retains hands on control of all projects that his team undertakes. He has a wide range of experience in high quality fit outs, leisure, complex mixed use town centre schemes, hotels, bespoke residential, education, commercial and retail.
His wide range of knowledge from these diverse sectors enables cross fertilisation of ideas and methods, a practical hands-on approach that focuses on accurate cost planning and procurement to facilitate best value for the client.
