Iain has been with Riley Consulting for over 13 years and has recently been made a Partner of Henry Riley. Initially from an engineering design background Iain is responsible for and leads the engineering cost management team.
He has extensive experience in the mechanical and electrical cost management services for new build, services infrastructure replacement, fit-out and refurbishment projects across a broad range of sectors including; retail, education, commercial, health, local authority and banking & finance.
Iain is actively involved in value management, value engineering and studied Life Cycle Cost Analysis for his BSc dissertation, achieving a first class honours degree.
He has extensive experience with frameworks, working with a number of clients where he manages the delivery of their annual portfolio of works.
Iain ensures clients achieve their stated objectives through close teamwork, monitoring performance milestones and detailed project reporting.
