Head of Development Management
Steve has been a Partner of Henry Riley for over 4 years and has over 35 years' experience in providing cost, project and development management services.
He works with one of our blue chip clients and manages a team of 12 within London and the East of England to help deliver their national new build and extension store development programme.
Steves' specialty is assisting clients with multiple feasibility projects including the preparation of development agreements, contracts and support with the submission of planning applications. He manages the feasibility process from site introduction though to delivery and then on to the project management of schemes that range between £5M - £30M.
