Andrew has been with Henry Riley for eight years and has recently been promoted to Partner. He is an experienced cost manager having worked in a broad range of sectors specialising in food retail, education, industrial and health sectors.
His areas of expertise include, initial cost planning and the strategic cost management of roll out programmes. Andrew manages seven people to deliver 50% of the 110 food convenience stores within a 12 month period with a combined project value of £30M.
Andrew provides clients accurate initial budgets and security in the careful control and management of costs throughout the course of a project.
