Paul has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, the last 21 having been spent with Henry Riley.
As an Equity Partner, Paul leads our industrial sector and has 5 years' experience within this field. He is the key client manager for Graphite Resources and Simpson Group. Based in the North East Paul also works extensively in the retail sector and manages a team of surveyors and project managers delivering a wide range of schemes across various sectors
Paul has a reputation within our clients' businesses for bringing a straightforward approach to the development process and being able to steer complicated multi-faceted schemes to successful completion.
He takes a particular interest in building and maintaining effective team relationships, and is a keen supporter of the partnering ethos within framework agreements
