Lewis has been with Henry Riley for nine years and was made a Partner in March 2011. He is an experienced cost manager having worked in a broad range of sectors including banking & finance, food and non-food retail, mixed use development, education and local authority frameworks.
His areas of expertise include initial cost planning and the strategic cost management of roll-out programmes. He has built up a strong reputation for simultaneous project cost control. Most recently Lewis has been based in Canary Wharf, coordinating capital spend on all offices schemes, data centre and critical facilities projects undertaken by one of the world's leading banks. This involves controlling capital plan lines across a wide range of schemes totaling circa £45m on their UK portfolio last year.
Before this, Lewis was seconded to Sainsbury's as cost co-ordination manager for the delivery of a high-profile acquisition programme. This involved the delivery of nine large supermarket acquisitions in time for a Christmas opening, managing a total budget of £20m.
Lewis will offer the client reassurance in developing accurate initial budgets, and security in the careful control and management of cost throughout the course of a project.
