Gillan is a Partner of Henry Riley and is an experienced employer's agent and cost manager. He has significant experience working in the healthcare, retail and local authority sectors and has spent the last 5 years at Henry Riley working with retailers, developers, local authorities and the M.O.D.
His areas of cost expertise include initial cost planning, procurement processes, cost management of live projects and management of rollout programmes. He is experienced in value management techniques, BREEAM and sustainability issues. He adds value to clients by advising and managing cost on complex project briefs.
Gillan is also an experienced employer's agent having delivered mixed use developments, healthcare schemes and retail units. He is experienced in assessing and managing projects from feasibility stage through to project completion.
