David is a Partner of Henry Riley LLP with 25 years' experience in the construction industry and 15 of those in managing cost and project management teams.
He manages our Bristol office and has held key account management responsibilities for the last three years for certain aspects of Sainsbury's development programme.
David has experience as a cost manager at project level and at strategic level where he has been responsible for the cost control of multi site roll-out programmes.
More recently David acted as a development surveyor for Sainsbury's on their store extension programme where he was responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team involved in all aspects of scheme viability, cost control of scheme feasibility costs and preparation/ co-ordination of decision papers for board approval.
