Chris has been a Partner with Henry Riley for the last 14 and has over 30 years' experience within the industry providing cost, project management and employer's agent services.
His main areas of expertise are within the retail sector and recently aided by three years experience as a value manager with Sainsbury's.
Chris heads up the feasibility estimating team for all of Henry Riley's input into the Sainsbury's new build and extension programme. This enables Henry Riley to deliver in the order of 10 new build and 10 extensions on the main store programme with a total yearly value in excess of £200M.
