Andrew is an influential and key player within the group, he is a Partner of Henry Riley and Francis Graves and a Director of ESP within the Riley Consulting group of companies. He is responsible for the business development of the group and manages our Bolton office.
Andrew is a chartered surveyor who has over 25 years' experience in wide range of sectors including retail, commercial, leisure, residential and the public sector.
He is Key Client Manager for some of Henry Riley's major clients including ASDA Stores Limited, British Land, BAE Systems and Westfield Shopping towns Limited where he strategically advises on their procurement strategies and construction programmes.
His key areas of specialism include developing partnering philosophies, overseeing cost and project management of large scale development programmes and providing taxation analysis.
