Westfield has operated in the UK since 2000 and specialises in the management, leasing, development, design, construction and funding of shopping centres. The Westfield Group has interests in total assets of around £36bn, representing 119 shopping centres in four countries with over 10 million square metres of retail space.
Project Description:
Westfield Stratford City is a shopping centre recently opened in Stratford, London. The development created a new and vibrant metropolitan centre for East London, serving as a gateway to the Olympic Park and delivering real momentum to the regeneration of the area. The 180 acre site is also adjacent to Stratford Regional and Stratford International stations.
Henry Riley was appointed to provide Employer's Agent services to some of the key site developments. These include a new M&S, John Lewis, MyVue Cinemas, Premier Inn Hotel, Bus Station, Northern Ticket Hall, Primark and Forever 21.
