PPG Southern Limited is the London based Southern regional office for the Premier Property Group (PPG Limited) which is an established commercial property development and investment company, with offices in Edinborough, Leeds and London. 

Project Description:

Riley Consulting has a long standing relationship with the Directors of PPG Southern Limited and has been working with them since its inception in 2002 and manage and develop their property portfolio.

To date we have completed schemes within the commercial and industrial and distribution sectors.

We have compiled a cost consultancy process pack and been involved in the compilation of a project management process pack, both of which are in line with the client's brief and objectives.  These documents have been utilised for all projects ensuring a consistency of estimating, planning, programming, valuing and reporting etc for all projects across the PPG Southern Limited development spectrum.

Overview of projects:

Kingsgate House, Redhill

Shell, core and Category A fit out of a new seven floor office block comprising a steel frame and full curtain walling, with full Category A fit out, together with underground parking of 32 spaces including associated sewer diversion, demolition of existing office block and all associated infrastructure works.

The scheme is located in a prominent position at the junction of High Street and Marketfield Way and has a net lettable floor area of circa 50,000 sq ft. 

Solent Business Park, Southampton

Shell, Core and Category A fit out of a new three storey office block and associated infrastructure works to create a total net lettable area circa 50, 000 sq ft.

IPC Tower & Merchant Centre

General refurbishment space improvement and maximisation of existing office building footprint consisting of a roll out programme of 5 phases of work. Works comprised of a full reception refurbishment, general Category A open plan office refurbishment and refurbishment of 16 floors of common areas and toilets.

Burgess Hill, Roche House

Office redevelopment of circa 95,000 sq ft gross internal floor area across 3 floors comprising full recladding and fitting out to existing structure and new infill three storey glazed extension including all infrastructure works.

The works were carried out under a Management Form of Contract and the tenant was able to take occupation to commence his category B fitting out works just 29 weeks after initial start on site.

Petersfield

Office development of circa 59,000 sq ft gross floor area comprising 48nr separate single storey / two storey buildings in six individual blocks including a listed farmhouse, renovation / refurbishment works and major infrastructure works.

Walton on Thames

Office refurbishment of circa 17,000 sq ft gross internal area across two floors comprising window replacement, elevational remedials and full internal strip out and refit to Category A standard.

Chertsey

Office refurbishment of circa 23,000 sq ft gross internal floor area across two floors comprising elevational / external remedials and full internal strip out and refit to Category A standard.

Nottingham, Castlegate

Office refurbishment of circa 16,000 sq ft gross internal floor area across three floors comprising internal strip out and refit to Category A standard.
