Project Description:
Riley Consulting were appointed to formally document the construction project delivery model. The model would provide a comprehensive framework for delivering any scheme from inception to completion. It would contain a timeline and programme and include all the necessary standard forms and process documents necessary for delivering a scheme. In addition, it would incorporate a new risk based project management initiative that better involved key stakeholders and end users in the decision making process to reduce unnecessary cost, eliminate waste and add value.
Key Challenges:
- Liaison, engagement and approval from various stakeholders within the wider business
- Ensuring compliance with existing process and protocols
- Engagement with European and Global teams to ensure alignment
- Identifying a manageable programme to deliver various aspects of the process
- Ensuring contractual and legal compliance of standard appointment documents
