Project Description:
Riley Consulting were appointed as project managers and cost consultants for the remodelling and subsequent up-grade of the 'premier signage' scheme throughout the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands network of branches.
The programme consisted of approximately 50 tier 'one sites' (branches which have a complete stand alone premier suite) and 130 tier 'two sites' (branches which have some premier signage). A total of 189 HSBC branches were surveyed as part of the programme.
In addition Riley Consulting co-ordinated the enabling works utilising three HSBC approved building contractors and avoiding out of hours working wherever possible, hence delivering best value.
Riley Consulting also contributed to the weekly premier brand review meetings to approve the signage contractor's proposed designs.
