Project Description:
The Popple Well Springs development was a phased project to allow for the demolition of the existing care home to create a 51 flat extra care scheme with associated communal facilities.

- New extra care scheme built around existing nursing home.
- Elderly residents in occupation for duration of the construction.
- Decant nursing home, move residents, demolish building and form new car park.
