Project Description:
Henry Riley provided a complete cost consultancy service for the construction of the main Petrolite office block, a new 3 storey analytical laboratory and administration building and the car park extension and covered walkway.
The 3 storey laboratory and administration building consisted of a quality control laboratory and a laboratory for research and development. Our quantity surveying services also covered all the laboratory furniture.
Key Challenges:
- Working within a confined production facility
- Health & Safety issues given the proximity of the adjacent petrochemical facility
- Maintaining the budget
